I lost or forgot my cPanel or WHM password, how can I reset it?

Resetting your cPanel password is easy and can be handled directly by you without contacting support.

  1. Log into the support system at http://www.deluxesites.com.
  2. Click on "Services" in the black menu bar to the top and then "My Services" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click "View Details" next to the plan for which you need to reset the password.
  4. Click the "Change Password" tab across the top just below the plan name.

On this screen you will see your current username and password, however, if you have changed your password directly via cPanel or SSH the password displayed will not be accurate.  You can change the password by entering a new password, confirming the password, and hitting save changes.

If you have any problems logging in after resetting your password it is possible our server has blocked you due to too many login failures.  This block will expire automatically after 30 minutes however please feel free to open a support ticket if you do not wish to wait or you have other issues.
