Sending error - Outlook cannot connect to outgoing (SMTP) email server

In Outlook go to "account settings".  Click on the advanced tab and change the outgoing mail port to "26".  Click on the outgoing server tab and uncheck the box for "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.  Click ok.
